the Baton Rouge Flooding

Geographers
at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge have created a preliminary atlas
of the flooding across the state. The
geographers used hand-drawn maps, 911 reports, radar data, historic flood maps,
and GIS software to produce the maps.
